November 1 Spring Meeting (generally between late Feb-mid March)
February 1 Summer Meeting (generally between mid-May to early June)
May 1 Fall Meeting (generally in mid-late September)
August 1 Winter Meeting (generally in mid-December)

Applicants are contacted within a week after the meeting date; grant documents and checks are sent within three weeks of meeting date.
